Well, there is a Cup this year, but the Harpies and the Cannons aren't playing.
It's National teams, not regional, which even I forget sometimes. However, the former captain of the Harpies gets mentioned as the manager for the Welsh team, and a former player for the Harpies is penning the Daily Prophet reports.
